Kaan Namlıcı

He is the Founder and CEO of Venue International, which acquired the Turkiye portfolio of Vastned, the Netherlands-based company known for luxury retail assets. The commercial tenant mix within his real estate portfolio primarily consists of leading global brands, including international names such as Chanel, Zara, H&M, and Starbucks.

He is the developer of Türkiye’s first Moxy Hotel, having led its development, construction, and ongoing operations in collaboration with Marriott International. In parallel, he is developing a Moxy Hotel in Germany, which is currently in the pipeline. He is also the developer of Vakko Hotel & Residences, recognized as Türkiye’s first fashion-concept hotel and planned for replication in other locations.

His main philosophy is shaped around the belief that “We do not invest in stone; We invest in emotions.” Guided by a disciplined approach focused on selecting the right city, venue, location, project and global brand, Venue designs living stages in world cities through high street retail, qualified residential developments and distinctive hotel investments, creating projects suitable for long-term international partnerships.
