He prepares, monitors, and regularly updates short- and long-term budgets and cash flow projections, and leads financing processes by working closely with banks and financial institutions to manage credit facilities. He is responsible for structuring payment plans, overseeing payments, and managing financial obligations. He also plays an active role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)processes, including financial evaluations, coordination with advisors, and execution support. In parallel, he ensures the effective implementation of executive and board-level decisions across the organization, maintaining strong operational control, financial discipline, and effective cross-functional coordination.
