Built to develop, own, and operate.
KK Universal is the evolution of Venue International, which entered Türkiye in 2017 through the acquisition of the Turkish portfolio of Vastned Retail N.V. Since then, the company has delivered landmark assets on Istanbul's most important streets and extended into hospitality alongside international operators.

We are interested in assets that endure. Projects are judged by the quality of the location, the relevance of the concept, and the integrity of the operation behind it. Nothing is acquired or built unless it meets all three.

A clear group structure.
Organised as a holding, with specialised companies responsible for investment and strategy, development and delivery, brand and asset management, and project-level ownership. Each project sits inside a dedicated company — for clean governance and optionality on exit.
Property, brand, operation — three layers of value.
Every project is structured so that the property, the brand, and the operating business stand on their own. Each can be valued, partnered, or transacted independently — which is what makes the platform relevant to institutional capital.
