We develop and operate hotels, with a preference for owning the underlying real estate. We partner with global operators where it adds distribution, and we build independently where the opportunity is to create a distinctive brand of our own.

In hospitality, we prefer to own the real estate, partner with international operators where distribution and standards add measurable value, and build our own brands where the opportunity is distinctive enough to scale. Our portfolio includes the first Moxy Hotel in Türkiye (in partnership with Marriott International), Vakko Hotels & Residences — Türkiye's first fashion-brand-collaborated hotel — and a Moxy Düsseldorf currently in pipeline.

Each can be valued, partnered, or transacted independently — which is what makes the platform relevant to institutional capital.
