HUMAN RESOURCES AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY

1. OUR VISION

KK UNİVERSAL TURİZM KONAKLAMA GAYRİMENKUL VE GELİŞTİRME A.Ş. ("KK Universal"); we believe that our most valuable asset is our human capital. The foundation of our success lies in the synergy created by professionals who meet high standards in real estate development, accommodation, brand management and finance.

We develop our Human Resources Policy on the basis of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

7. RECRUITMENT AND EVALUATION PROCESS

Career applications are accepted via hr@kkuniversalinc.com. Each application is carefully reviewed within the framework of confidentiality principles; candidates are evaluated solely on the basis of merit, competence and corporate alignment criteria.

8. COMPLIANCE AND UPDATE

  • This policy has been prepared in accordance with the applicable labour legislation of the Republic of Türkiye and international labour standards (including ILO core conventions).
  • The policy is reviewed at least every two years and updated in line with legislative changes or developments in international standards.
  • All employees are informed about this policy upon commencement of employment and on a periodic basis thereafter.
