KK Universal acquired the Türkiye portfolio of Vastned, the Netherlands-based real estate company known for its premium high-street retail assets. The commercial tenant mix within his real estate portfolio primarily consists of leading global brands, including Chanel, Zara, H&M and Starbucks.

Kaan Namlıcı is actively developing hospitality projects in Türkiye and internationally, with a particular focus on partnerships with established global hotel brands. He is the developer of Türkiye’s first Moxy Hotel, having led its development and construction and continuing to oversee its operations in collaboration with Marriott International. Building on this partnership, a second Moxy Hotel is currently in the pipeline in Germany, further extending the group’s international development footprint.

He is also the developer of Vakko Hotel & Residences, recognised as Türkiye’s first fashion-concept hotel, with the concept intended for expansion into further locations.

In Cappadocia, Kaan Namlıcı is developing Hotel Okura Thermal Resort & Spa Cappadocia in partnership with Hotel Okura, bringing the renowned Japanese hospitality brand to one of Türkiye’s most distinctive destinations. The project represents another key international brand collaboration within KK Universal’s growing hospitality portfolio.
