Kübra Akbalık Namlıcı

She is a graduate of Koç University and continued her academic development with postgraduate studies focused on hospitality. She later completed an executive programme in finance and strategy at INSEAD, further strengthening her perspective across investment, business strategy and value creation.

As a member of the Akbalık family, the founding family behind Özak Global Holding, Kübra Akbalık Namlıcı has a long-standing connection to the family business. Throughout her professional career, she gained hands-on experience across multiple functions within the group, building a broad understanding of investment, operations, commercial strategy, brand management and corporate decision-making.

Her experience has been particularly concentrated in tourism and hospitality. She has worked extensively across hotel branding, positioning, guest experience, marketing strategy and the development of hospitality concepts, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective that combines ownership, operations and brand building.

Today, at KK Universal, Kübra Akbalık Namlıcı focuses on shaping the strategic and creative direction of the group’s growing portfolio. Her role spans brand development, positioning, customer experience and the creation of distinctive concepts for new hospitality and real estate projects, including collaborations with leading international brands. Her approach is centred on creating brands and experiences with long-term relevance, combining strong commercial foundations with a clear sense of identity, place and emotional connection.
