Moxy Istanbul Beyoglu is a lifestyle-driven urban hospitality project developed in collaboration with Marriott International under the Moxy Hotels brand. Located in the heart of Beyoğlu, one of Istanbul’s most vibrant cultural and social districts, the project represents the introduction of the Moxy brand into Turkey and marks a new generation of experience-oriented hospitality targeting globally connected modern travelers.

Positioned within walking distance of İstiklal Avenue, Galataport, Karaköy and the historical core of Beyoğlu, the hotel was conceived as an energetic urban hub blending hospitality, social interaction, design and local culture. The project was developed to appeal to a younger, experience-focused demographic seeking flexible, design-led and technology-integrated hospitality experiences.

Architecturally, the project combines contemporary urban aesthetics with the layered historical atmosphere of Beyoğlu. The design approach emphasizes compact efficiency, dynamic public spaces and socially activated common areas rather than conventional luxury hospitality programming. Open social zones, integrated food & beverage spaces and multifunctional gathering areas form the core of the guest experience.

The hotel was developed in alignment with Marriott International’s global operational and brand standards while adapting the Moxy philosophy to the urban character of Istanbul. The project integrates digital-first guest experiences, efficient operational planning and lifestyle-oriented hospitality concepts tailored for international city travelers.

Beyond accommodation, Moxy Istanbul Beyoglu functions as a social destination that reflects the energy, creativity and evolving cultural identity of central Istanbul. The project contributes to the ongoing transformation of Beyoğlu as an internationally recognized hospitality, lifestyle and tourism district.

As Turkey’s first Moxy-branded hotel, the project represents an important milestone in introducing globally recognized next-generation lifestyle hospitality concepts into the Turkish market.
